New Urbanism Now: Recapturing the good old days before urban sprawl

The first residents moved into New Amherst (newamherst.com) in 2006. Builders are now servicing for a third phase of condos, single-family homes and bungalows priced from $200,000 to $500,000. And there are still some four-bedroom luxury townhomes of about 2,000 square feet, with lofts and vaulted ceilings, from $300,000 to $349,000. There’s a release of new loft and condo units on Nov. 6.
